I ordered 3 blouses from this company. They all ran small. I immediately wrote to them asking what steps I should take to return the items. They responded because of the high cost to ship back they would offer me a $5 coupon. I misunderstood thinking they would refund the $53 I paid for the items! I waited a week and didn't see a refund to my card. It was the Christmas holiday so I wrote again after the holiday. They said, "you agreed to the $5 coupon (which expired after a week!) and you have passed the 14 day return window, sorry, thats" all we can do." HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
