This site is horrible I ordered on November 8th and they took.my money out my account the same day and it's now January 7th and stil haven't received it
If I had to grade my total experience it would be a C. Three of the items were not described and materials were a lot cheaper than what was advertised. I can tell the difference. The fit was also horrible on these items and when I tried to return these items it asked I contact customer service who never responded. Items took a long time to arrive, which was expected, but I at least wanted to ensure that I got my money's worth.
Took too long for delivery. So with the jumper being too small I don't want to even go through the hassle of a return
I ordered two items from this company. When I received them they were nothing like pictured. I wanted to return the items and they gave me a really hard time. I had to go back and forth with somebody named summer until she finally gave me the return address. I would never order from them again. You also have to pay the shipping fee to return the items as well.

This maybe the worst site I've ordered from. A lot of their clothes don't look like the pictures. It takes almost two months to get a order even if you pay extra to get it faster. Their return policy is horrible they start your return policy from when you order your stuff. Then only give you 15 days to return or exchange. How can you exchange something you don't have. So when you do get your order the return policy is voided. Meaning if you order on October 1. You have to the October 16 to return whatever, but you won't get your stuff until December. Their customer service is horrible sometimes no one will respond. I'm so frustrated with this site I deleted the app. I do not recommend at all.
Came in timeframe given. Tried to cancel at first but customer service said I could not even though it hadn't shipped yet. Said it was processing so they couldn't stop it.
All 4 tops arrived after Christmas despite ordering on the 1st December.
The quality of the materials are cheap and the sizing is poor ordered large and they were more like size 10. Length of all tops quite short in the body

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
