Everything is cute but the delivery is super slow
Is taking forever to receive the package

Not a fan of how long the items take to receive. Then item was out of stock and they gave my $5 off coupon good for 30 days but shipments take this long? As much as I like the cost, shipping is not worth that long of a wait.

I received the jumpsuit in the past Nope not me. And it was the same as the pix. Recent order is not quality

My items took way to long to be dispatched and now haven't even been delivered have been lost and now won't get a refund as company refuse too disgusting! Never shopping here again will tell everyone never to use

My order never arrived. Chic Me blamed the delivery company who in turn blamed Chic Me. All I know is that money was taken and I never received the leggings I ordered.

I liked my dresses and have worn them prior to it getting cold. The dresses were comfortable and flowy

Wonderful! I think that the time line on the delivery of the product could be a bit sooner. I would order much quicker if it didn't take so long.

Clothes obviously are not made to the dimensions listed so would not shop here again for this reason.

I have ordered 3 times from your company - 1st order only 3 items available but they were waiting for the others out of stock to ship - I contacted and chose 2 other items - finally the order was shipped. 2nd order after I contacted - items not in stock so I cancelled order. 3rd and final order placed 09.27.23 - still not processed according to your website - no communication - if it hasn't shipped by 10.12.23 I will also be cancelling this order - you never advise items are out of stock.

I will not be ordering anything else from this company. Took weeks for my order to get to me, and this was only after messaging them to ask where it was. 3 if my items didn't fit, so wanted to send them back for refund. The refund procedure was none existent, and I couldn't see anywhere that said click here for returns. I had to email, then after a week or so have emails going backwards and forwards, they only offered me a 20% refund and I could keep the items. What good were they when they didn't fit. After more emails they then said 40% refund and keep the items, which I have agreed to as I can't be bothered with the hassle. I am not pleased. So I have got items that are too big, and only some of my money back!
Avoid this company at all costs.
