I ordered this with a guarantee that I would receive it by Christmas and I did not receive it. I left the morning of the 26th to visit family and attend a wedding and I ordered a dress from ChicMe and it never came. It left me stranded as I did not have anything for the wedding. Very disappointed

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
