I love your products Loved getting my order so fast but my bras were too small

I never shopped on Chic Me before. The site has nice pictures of clothing and good prices, very easy to navigate. I placed an order on September 29 for items I would have liked for some October events. It is October 11th and my order is still in the warehouse awaiting packaging. Disappointing!

Delivery is a little bit slow item arrived material is quiet cheap and sizes are not big

Shipping takes forever and items are way too big. Also, this company makes you pay for shipping to return your items that took forever to get in the first place.

Easy to use. But took a very long time to deliver. Poor quality. Poor fit.

I ordered 2 of the same sleep tanks, the writing on one was as shown., the second one. Was unintelligible. They're comfy but I have NO idea what the second one says

I like tho clothes but need to be quicker at delivery

I was expecting a different product. The color advertised was not the color i received.

Do not order from this company. Their customer service is horrible. It takes months to get your order and when it finally arrives and doesn't fit they offer no help and will not return it. I ordered a large and it was either a 4x or 3x. Three people could have fit into it at once. Quality of fabric is cheap. I will never order anything from them again. The picture you see isn't what you get.

Listed as corduroy, is in fact 97percebt polyester and 3 percent spandex. Very thin and flowing. Definitely more lounge pants. Still, great color and true fit. Very high waisted pant

Took ages to arrive. The denim pinifore turned out to be printed onto a cheap stretchy fabric and the dress that was linen everywhere was a t$#*! material over all beyond disappointed in future I pl stick to SHEIN

Slightly fustrating as wanted to wear to airport etc but didn't arrive in time so late coming. So disappointed

ChicMe doesn't like to give refunds. They always want to give you minimum amounts of your original purchase amounts and tell you to keep the items and give as gifts. No one wants to do that. If I'm not completely satisfied with my order, I want my full refund. A lot of the clothing is mis sized for Americans anyway. You should order a size larger
