Very pleased with the jumper the only problem was it took a long time to arrive

Did not receive my items, avoid this company they are a scam customer service is unhelpful and can not provide proof of deliver or offer refund

Items ordered were either wrong size or changed my mind and I'm trying to return the ordered items

I had to fight to receive a refund for items so small would fit a child

Had looked at item (pink fluffy jumper) for some time and followed the reviews however was quite disappointed in the quality of jumper, very thin would need to wear something underneath. Loved the colour though

Materials and quality not as pictured or as expected. And took over a month to get.

By the time I got it I was already on my vacation and I placed my order with 22 days in advance so that I can use the items but I wasn't able.
I had ordered from SHEIN and TEMU many many many times and they delivered super fast!
The quality is also very poor!
I need to return some of the items not just because I won't need them no more but the quality is HORRIBLE!
Please is there is anything you can do please send me the information about how to return!

I placed my first order for 2 lounge wear suits and a pack of rings, only the rings were available and then I had to fight to get my order refunded. Will never order again. Shocking service

I love the products however, they were too large and I could never get in touch with anyone. I do what I needed to do to return them for a smaller size, so I'm stuck with two items that I cannot wear.

My order longer than expected and didn't arrive in time for an event in which they were ordered. I impacted 4 individuals since items were ordered for a group. The tracking of the package stated it was sitting in the shipping area for over a week.

I never shopped on Chic Me before. The site has nice pictures of clothing and good prices, very easy to navigate. I placed an order on September 29 for items I would have liked for some October events. It is October 11th and my order is still in the warehouse awaiting packaging. Disappointing!

Delivery is a little bit slow item arrived material is quiet cheap and sizes are not big

Shipping takes forever and items are way too big. Also, this company makes you pay for shipping to return your items that took forever to get in the first place.

Easy to use. But took a very long time to deliver. Poor quality. Poor fit.

I ordered 2 of the same sleep tanks, the writing on one was as shown., the second one. Was unintelligible. They're comfy but I have NO idea what the second one says
