The delivery is outrageous I have waited since September 7th to receive my order they just keep saying it's coming wait 9-12 days longer so over a month to receive some shoes. Crazy

I ordered my clothing back in the beginning of September. I never received any updates or information. At the end of September I tried reaching out multiple times to find out what was going on. The phone number does not work, and it took over a week to get a response. A month after my order I received a follow up email saying my order was on the way. It has now been 6 weeks and I still have not received it.

Over a month has past and haven't received my order and no one from chicme reached out and I had to finally email them. The response from chicme was have a lot of orders and we are behind. Not a whole month.I ordered with afterpay and I'm paying my last payment today you do the math. No order but the monies paid. I won't order from them again that's my experience.
The color in the photo did not appear to be brown and black yet, it looked black shear and a solid black dress. I don't like the two colors very much.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
