Found everything I was looking for!l! I have ordered things before and I was very pleased

Unwilling to work with my returns. Simply would not negotiate reasonably and cover shipping due to 2 items clearly way oversized (could have fit 2 of me in one sweater.) Offered me a ridiculous 5% on a future purchase? Really? With further review and another email from me, complaining, they offered 15%. BUT, I had to use it in a very short period of time, or it would expire! All that discount was, was to cover shipping for new items I would need to purchase with the discounts offered. I asked for a shipping label but was told I was better off keeping the unwearable items and would NOT refund my money. Also, they did not send me the shipping label I requested. We are talking under $25!
I will never order from this company again! And I've ordered a lot in the past 2 years! Hundreds of dollars, yet they squabble over $25. Unbelievable! I will never recommend Chic Me and will go out of my way to be heard of my negative experience
How simple and inexpensive for them to satisfy, obviously, a very unsatisfied customer. They don't give a damn about their customers, it appears to me. They sure loved my orders and credit card that I used though!

Ordering was easy, delivery took quite awhile though, but the items where so well packaged,

I wanted to return two items. You do not make it easy nor do you offer full refunds. One of my items has a rip in it.

The shipment took to long and the product was made very cheap material

I have placed two orders, which is the second one came with more than half of it. Oversized mistake on your part, trying to get a full refund back on the items I am returning and having difficulties I would appreciate very much that someone would respond in regards to refunding the items I am returning.

The items are of good quality but It takes high patience to be delivered!

My order took over a month to arrive, which is an issue I don't have with other similar sites. The clothes were great, however.
