Pictures were very misleading. The actual items were not nearly as pretty as the pictures. One of the dresses I ordered I didn't even recognize when I got it and I thought I had received the wrong dress. The items were true to size though, so that was good.

First the quality of the clothes is really bad, second I soon as I receive this trash after a month, I asked for return and refund but they kept dragging the solution with question if I would accept discount on the next purchase or taking longer to answer to any of my requests, so after all the back and forth the said I'm sorry but it's been more than 14 days, Can you believe this guys. Worst customer service, with trash clothes. This company is not reliable, the product at purchase is one thing and when get to your house you won't use as a rag, that's how bad it's. They won more than 200$ from me. Waist of my time and money.

Products are not true sizes. Only 2 of the items kinda fit others too small.

The product was lovely and the size chart on the website is bang on. Delivery took ages but the jumpsuit was worth it. Will definitely purchase again. Thanks x

Im a first time customer and I was attracted to the newsprint

The fabric is horrible and not flattering in any way. The cut is off and stitching is subpar. I know this was affordable but not worth it. I will not be wearing any of the outfits.

Dress Came over a 5 weeks later now the event it was for is over no tags on the dress and no instructions on how to send it back or no returns label?

Not very happy. The shirts were Christmas gifts and they came in two weeks after Christmas.

You should not guarantee a delivery timeframe that you cannot meet. I even checked in halfway through and was told it would be expedited. I had to buy another shirt to wear for the occasion from another (American) company.

My daughter wanted the dress for New Year and loves it. Being a stretchy fabric is good as it is very comfortable to wear.

I recently purchased a few items from this site. I had read the customer reviews, and most were good, so I went ahead and purchased 3 items.
Do read the fine print, because when I placed the order it said my delivery time was less than 2 weeks, but actually took over a month.
Once I received my package, the items were nothing like the pictures on the site! The flannel was probably the best quality out of the 3 items I ordered, but still much tho beer than I expected.
All very cheaply made and poor quality. The "coat" was made of felt and didn't even resemble a real coat, maybe a cheap costume. The sweater I ordered, looked like a thick heavy one in pic. But in reality, it was see through and all the seams were unraveling.
