I was a little hesitant, as I've never ordered before and I wasn't sure if I would like the dress or if it would look the same as the photo, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Overall great experience. Delivery took almost a month, but the dress was perfect. It was so cute, and was pictured accurately. The size fit like a glove, but coincidentally the gloves were way too big. The gloves should have a separate option to choose size. Otherwise customer service was great and im very very happy about my purchase.
Misleading photos Nothing like the photos advertised
I had been working my case for 3 days because the clothes that were delivered were to small for my body type. I am from California and most people in California would probably not fit into sizes like this and I am average size body type. They insinuated 30% refund and then it would just start jumping around to whatever they felt like even to 10% partial refund for clothes I mentioned does not fit me. If Chic Me actually cared about their business and their customers it would have been solved since day 1 & accepted my request to return all of the items that did qualify under their policy for 100% full refund. I mean were in America this is not how we conduct business with our customers.
Lots to choose from, some just don't come as pictured
Pictures were very misleading. The actual items were not nearly as pretty as the pictures. One of the dresses I ordered I didn't even recognize when I got it and I thought I had received the wrong dress. The items were true to size though, so that was good.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
