Further more, on international shipping it's mandatory to attach a copy of the invoice for customs clearance. Otherwise customs have to do a research, and that's not for free...

An item was not well taylored. After a discussion the only offer was a discount on the original price. When I asked to be full refunded I discovered that sending back the item would be totally charged on me. The item had a cost of 15 euros, the shipping to USA from Europe 27... I kept the item and had a refund of 7.5 euros. The item is still unweareable. I have lost 7.5 euros...

Then followed the steps to return the items and had to go through back and forth emails 6 times negotiating from 10% refund to 50%. They want you to keep the items but they don't fit! Crapy I will never order from Chicme ever again!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
