Mentioned in my product review. I was personally disappointed with the un clear returns policy and the quality of the dress i purchased. The cost of any return is on the customer regardless of original carriage paid. Customer service takes 24/48hours to response no immediate online chat available. You need to raise a ticket and await response.

I have been waiting on my package for about a month now and Chicme contracted their delivery through an incompetent company called OSM Worldwide. This company is so incompetent that they have just a staff AZA that picks up their customer care line all the time. She never has an answer to give neither does she ever have a solution. Chicme and OSM should kindly give me a refund or my Order. Never will I order clothes from Chicme again NEVER EVER.

Read and understand the fabric. Ordering and paying for it was easy, the communication from the company on the shipping was very good and because I am returning the product because of the fabric and how it looked and felt on me, customer service was also very good.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I sent back $225 worth of clothing which cost me $62 postage. My returns were sent back 3 months later unopened. They don't go and pick up returned parcels and they use the excuse of the parcel never being received because they leave them sitting there. It's just money in their pocket.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
