J'ai commandé sur ce site pour la première fois 4 robes. Parfait pour la réception du colis et l'emballage.
Le hic c'est qu'une robe sur les 4 ne convenait pas dû tout. Difficulté de renvoyer l'article aux Etats-Unis depuis l'Europe, les frais d'envoi sont à ma charge ce qui revenait à payer deux fois la robe. Bref, après beaucoup d'échanges de correspondance j'ai dû garder la robe (que je ne sais pas porter car trop petite malgré la vérification des mesures pour la taille) et on m'a remboursé 20% du prix d'achat. Mauvaise politique commerciale pour l'acheteur, je ne commanderai plus d'articles sur eux.
