I will never order from you because I still await a item that I ordered and paid for. There is no one to contact via the phone and each time I tried to use the chat feature, they told me to check my bag because the item is in my bag. I turned the bag inside out, tried on each item in the bag but no dress. I have asked for my money back or the item and still no return. I've tried over and over. Buyer beware your items are coming from overseas (probably China) and they just have bad practice.

Pants were horribly bad quality and shapeless, but the dress looked exactly like in pictures

I ordered a cute outfit, but it was too big. Initially, I wanted to exchange it, but I was requested to keep it or give it to someone else along with a partial refund. I explained that I just wanted to exchange it, but was given another "offer". I was frustrated, so I just purchased the entire outfit again and requested a refund. I am now being hassled about receiving a refund. I clearly don't need two of the same outfits. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I can definitely say that I've been satisfied with everything I've purchased so far. The quality of the merchandise is great and I always get compliments on the look and style of the items I d purchased. Someone is always asking me "where did you get that from"?

It did take a long time for packaging and preparation from the warehouse. The items are from inexpensive material. The sweater dress isn't really sweater material and it's short like a long top. The dress is thin and see through. It fits but I don't even know how I can make it look decent. The stretch pants I bought big cause I thought they'd be tight but just the opposite. I won't order again.
