My experience with this company was OK. When I emailed about the order they were quick to respond and eventually I received my order but was disappointed with the order as was too small

Good product, hated the white padding under it showed right through.

Material is cheap. Not made to size. Then they will email you back and forth about the refund until the days run out and then you aren't Eligible for a return. Emailed me back and forth asking me to take 10% refund and keep the clothes when I spent over $250.

It was exciting to look at all the products! I haven't received my items yet but I can't wait!

Order took weeks to arrive & did not fit when it did. Had to buy another outfit for the event I wanted it for. When I looked into returning it suggested I sell it on rather than return it and to be honest it sounds like it will be to much hassle & to expensive to return

I tried to cancel entire order and was only credited a portion due to product already shipped. I feel the option still should've been allowed.

Very easy from ordering and I've emailed the customer services and resolved my problem straight away..

I bought $400 worth of stuff. Half the clothes/shoes didn't fit right or was very bad quality, one of the shoes broke before i even got the chance to wear them. When I contacted the company about returns they replied with "considering the expensive shipping costs how about we give you a $15 coupon instead"
