Very easy from ordering and I've emailed the customer services and resolved my problem straight away..

I bought $400 worth of stuff. Half the clothes/shoes didn't fit right or was very bad quality, one of the shoes broke before i even got the chance to wear them. When I contacted the company about returns they replied with "considering the expensive shipping costs how about we give you a $15 coupon instead"

Nice clothes and relevantly fast shipping however items were too big for me.

I ordered 4 items on February 1 that qualified my order for free shipping. Yet I paid the $15.99 tor Express shipping. The online customer service line has given me inaccurate information over and over. I have emails where they state the items were shipped February 5th now emails that state they just mailed it today MARCH 2nd!
They have my money and NEVER provided the merchandise! This company is a SCAM!
