Great experience wish there were options for different colors for some styles

The sweaters I ordered were huge & material felt horrible! After contacting them thru WhatsApp they responded and kept offering other everything that benefits them financially but not the customer! Finally they said mail back and send receipt and upon receiving thru will refund everything! I did this and they have received the items but are no longer communicating with me! Now I'm out $13 shipping, cost of sweaters I sent back! I've messaged 5 times and they read messages but aren't replying! Liars and thieves! See last 2 pictures they never responded back after that!

The page shows beautiful pieces, but the quality of the clothing in general are very poor.

Purchased dress 3 weeks in advance for a wedding and it didn't get here till the day after the wedding. It also didn't arrive in the US until the day of the wedding so I couldn't track it. If you need something ASAP don't choose this site.

You get what you pay for, one nice dress ne not so good

I ordered it because in the picture the model made it look super cute. It did not look good on me. The quality of the item was good... just did not look good on me. Maybe more realistic models would be helpful. Thank you

I would NEVER ORDER FROM CHICME AGAIN! Sizes are way offf! I ordered a size larger than my normal size and 10 out of 12 items we're TOO SMALL! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY on HANDLING REURNS and REFUNDS and on SIZING! SAVE YOUR MONEY! Do not order from CHICME or YOU WILL BE ROBBED! After SEVERAL EMAILS, CHAT MESSAGES, and Requesting to speak to SUPERVISOR/ OWNER- they act as if they DONT KNOW ENGLISH! MANIPULATORS! CON ARTISTS! EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE, Here we are 2 MONTHS LATER, AFTER MAKING ME PAY FOR SHIPPING TO RETURN PRODUCTS, I still DO NOT HAVE A REFUND! They have even CONFIRMED RECEIVING MY PACKAGE AND I HAVE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION from the post office! BEWARE EVERYONE! Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!
