Awful company. Both of my parcels went missing and they refused to refund me as they said it's the couriers fault. Raised with courier who said it's chicme responsibility. Went back to chicme and told I won't be getting a refund. Don't waste your money on this scam Chinese company

Most of the order I am very happy with! The pair of jeans I ordered that didn't fit I couldn't believe I only received 1/2 back and was told to keep something that doesn't fit me. It makes me Leary from ordering anything again!
Horrible experience. They took all the time the wanted to ship my order. I contacted them 3 days before they shipped it to ask them to cancel the order since they were late and they didn't pay attention and shipped it any way. Then they told me i can refuse the package or return it. I couldn't refuse it cuz delivery was left on my door. Merchandise is cheap and sizes are way off... i have to pay for return and still haven't received refund. The worst customer servise

Horrible company! DO NOT USE! I received an order and the entire order smelled like cigarette smoke. I contacted them and asked to return for a refund on 10/1 a day or 2 after receiving the order. They went back and forth with me about wanting to just give me a discount. Then while I was out of town they asked for pictures of the damaged products... They SMELL how is a picture going to help... Then because said I am not eligible for a refund because it had to be done in 14 days after I received the order when I asked for the refund at the very beginning! What utter crap! I have pictures of all the correspondences feel free to PM me if you want to see them! I will be giving reviews everywhere I can think of but do not use them!
