Saw clothes advertised on line and bought them, as the items looked great. Not a hard process to order and delivery was within an acceptable time frame. However the items were poor quality to say the least and oversized. I immediately contacted the company and included the item codes within my email. I got a response requesting the information I had already sent and have not heard anything since, despite me attempting to chase this up. O expected a full refund for the items to be returned and information re returns - Non of which I have received!
