I ordered two dresses and boob tape came free. Although I used the site's measurements to order the dresses, they were too big. When I contacted them about returning the items, they initially offered me 10% coupon towards next purchase or 20% partial refund and to keep the items. I declined. Then they offered 20% partial refund and I declined. Then they offered 30% and 40% partial refund and to keep the items. I explained that there was no reason for me to keep the items because I couldn't even wear them and finally they provided me an address to send the items. I told the representative that I would keep the boob tape and they can charge me for it and she said ok! I had to send the items back within a certain amount of days, which I did! I sent a picture of the box at the post office and the receipt showing I mailed it off. They responded asking for the weight and I told them. That was on 2/15/22. I never heard anything back and no refund was sent to me. I reached out again on 3/18/22 inquiring on my refund. A representative responded saying the weight was incorrect! I am very confused as to what the weight has to do with them receiving their unworn items I RETURNED and not refunding me my money! I will never order from them again!

Ordered three items on sale, great quality I like the feel. Very soft spandex feeling on the items ordered, they arrived after about a week, not sure if thats normal but I was in no rush for them. Overall first impressions are very good and I will be ordering from them again.
