I ordered 3 times with no problem until I decided to order an outfit in 2 sizes to get the best fit. I have been going back and forth with customer service for 4 days and I still don't have a return address. Today's message simply stated that of I agree to return, she can provide me an address. The initial replies were suggestions for me to keep the item and get a $5 refund- then keep the item and get a $12 refund. I'm sure that I will NEVER order here again. I suggest SHEIN. I place two and three hundred dollars from Shein regularly and I've never had an issue with Shein.

The Return Policy page says "If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, please contact us within 14 days upon receiving them to initiate the return process."
I ordered shoes that were mislabeled, so I contacted them as the return page says, but they gave me such a hard time. They essentially tried to give me a discount instead of allowing me to return them, and said that I would have to be the one to cover return shipping. Nowhere on their return page did it say anything about this. Also, they take days to reply, so by the time we were finally reaching an agreement, they told me I was no longer in the 14 day return period.
This is extremely misleading. Do not order from here unless you're actually okay with no returns because that's what it SHOULD say on their page.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
