I was browsing the site and added items to my basket.I then get a notification from my credit card company that Chic Me tried processing an order 5 times on my credit card.I never placed the order or even sent a confirmation e-mail.Thank God my credit card company did not process the transaction, because Chic Me is terrible with refunds!...
I had to have a new credit card issued to me & now everyone I use it I get a fraud alert and I have to inform my credit card company that I did use it.The card gets blocked until I confirm the order I am placing.This is totally ridiculous!.So think twice before ordering from Chic Me!
I just resolved one issue with Chic Me, but before my issue with Chic Me, I placed another order one week later...My first issue was that a month later my order still did not ship and it finally got resolved, In the mean time I got a notification on my second order that it was shipped on 10/10/23...15 days later and ai still never received it, so when I went to track it, it says at warehouse waiting to be shipped!.But my actually order says shipped. Placing an order and receiving it should not be as STRESSFUL as Chic Me makes it.Once I get this order I will just stick to ordering from Shein!.They are extremely reliable and Shipped to them, means Shipped, not in Warehouse waiting to be shipped!.It was an order of 14 items!...Terrible!

After waiting almost a month for my items, and being told there were delays due to Covid (yes! Covid?!?!). I contacted customer service to ask for my order to be cancelled and a refund. Keep in mind you can ONLY contact customer service thru What's App or email and the contact hours are in the middle of the night I guess due to them being in China. Weird since I shop at SHEIN and Temu and have never had this issue! They magically shipped my items within a day of my request to cancel and for a refund. I waited another week or more to get the items and they were poorly made, low quality, and sizing was wrong. SO back to Whats App to "formally" request a return. You must request a return, include item numbers and wait for a reply. After that I get a reply that says they'll give me a 20% off coupon and 10% refund and I can keep the items. The items that don't fit?!?! I said no! They came back with 15% refund. I countered with 50% refund. They agreed to 35% refund which I accepted but only because it's now a week of back and forth and I was sick and tired of dealing with them. My order was a $72 order. Out of the 4 items of clothing only 1 fit. I did get $15 refunded and I can keep the crappy items which I'll wear as pajamas. I will NEVER shop here again!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
