The overall ordering process was very easy. They have a great selection with many cute things to choose from. My only complaint was very long shipping times. I ordered two things that were shipped separately and took a month to arrive. But I'm happy with the items, and I would likely order again as long as I'm not in a hurry to receive them.

Two of the four outfits I purchased were unsatisfactory. Very poor quality and thread was hanging from then. The were extremely wrinkled.

My order took almost 3 weeks to arrive. They did not fit and did not look like the picture. Made of cheap fabric and will NEVER be worn. I can not even give them away as a present - well maybe to someone I don't like.
