Order received very late. And when I got my dress the material looks very cheap.

Took almost a month to receive and then the length is too short.

I wanted a great experience! I liked the look of the product and knew it is what I wanted!

Did not meet expectations.
Unsure whether to order again.

Clothes are not high quality, slow shipping, zipper broke out of the bag.

Items do not look as nice as pictured. Sizing does not match charts. Not proportioned correctly

Delivery took a month and quality of the dresses was poor. For the same price I can get better quality clothes in high street shops. In addition the website showed all prices in pounds, so I thought everything will be sent from warehoses in the UK but it was coming from China.

Good experience but it takes awhile to receive the products. You can't be in a rush for the items. Takes 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Refunds. I contacted them within the allotted time requesting a refund because I did not like the outfits and they did not fit. They keep trying to give me a discount and keep the products rather than a full refund. I do not want the items and want a full refund.

Took to long to get my shipment. Dissatisfied with products and then I had to pay to send back and wait way to long for a refund.

I do not have fifty word. I should be able to say it in less.

I ordered 8 items all the exact same size from Chicme, the item arrived a month later. As I opened the packages I noticed that the bathing suit top was way smaller the the average size. I contacted customer service which I turn sent me a long message of items that can't be returned which is damn near every item I ordered.
I explained to customer service that the too run smaller the the average tops that are the same size. Chic me refuse to correct and address the issue I spent over $124 plus but they only want to offer a $5 coupon to order more irregular item. Future/Potential customers please do not waste you time nor money on ordering anything from this company! Attached is a reply from Chicme customer support stating the items that not returnable.

Ordered xxl but would say its a UK 10 sizing completely different
