I had asked to return the pants, Chic me came back with a ridiculous offer of a very low 5% or 10% refund and I would keep the pants (that I cannot wear because they are too big). Even if the customer service person was very nice, it took many days / arguments to receive 45% refund on my order and keep the pants that do not fit me! Next fall I will offer these pants that I paid 55% for to goodwill.
