We shall see. 1st time and am waiting for a return ticket to exchage 2 items... kind of annoying just send ticket to me to print. Ive been emailing customer service and their return process is kind of time consuming but looking forward to getting my 2 items exchanged so i can wear them!

I normally wear a large size but ordered a larger size to accommodate a blouse, the item was too small, tight in the shoulders and arms. You do not carry a larger size in this item

Terrible customer service

His is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I bought several items in December 2021 and tried to return a few that did not fit. Not only did I receive horrible service from Quinn, all correspondence is done through a ticket and is a side chat room on the site. There is no customer service phone number and would never buy anything from this company again. They offered me a $33 coupon which is not applied to your account and the goal is to get you frustrated with the entire system and you will give up which I have now.

I sent several emails in response to emails from customer service requesting a return and full refund. Your customer service continued to send emails asking I accept 10-30% back on my purchase and I declined asking to return for a full refund. They then told me I exceeded the 14 day return window! No I asked several times for a refund. You played a game with me to push me past the 14 day window!

Three of my five items were too small. First, they offer $5 credit, or 10% off next order, or 10% partial refund and keep the items. Then they went to 20% and then I accepted $30%. I kept the items, which I ended up giving away because I had no use for them. It was not worth the hassle.
