I wanted to return the product for a full refund. They said they would give me 10% and to just keep it because it would be easier than shipping it back. You have to pay for shipping and had to send pictures and multiple emails to send it back. They make it hard on purpose so they don't have to refund your money in hopes you won't waste your time.
Items arrived in a timely fashion. Very pleased with the quality and price.

Bought three items for a good price. I actually forgot about the order as it took longer than expected but was updated by email when it was being and delivered and when it arrived. The site is user friendly. So all good!
I normally wear a large size but ordered a larger size to accommodate a blouse, the item was too small, tight in the shoulders and arms. You do not carry a larger size in this item

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
