This was my first order the order took a little longer than i thought it was, but my query was sorted straight away.

Jacket not like I thought but it's ok, very light and thin.
Following the guide lines for the sizing, i ordered XL and they still were nowhere near fitting me. I gave them to my daughter. She likes them

I am a satisfied customer. After ordering from many off shore clothing stores online, I would always find myself disappointed because the clothes were too cheaply looking or way to small even if you sized up. Not with Shein. I never received a piece of clothing that I didn't like. And the styles are so beautiful and different that I always receive compliments. The only negative would be that they don't always use the best fabric so you really do have to hand wash or gentle wash and delicately dry your clothes to make it last beyond a few washes. But for the price, it's worth a little extra effort.

Shoes were not as high quality as the photos. They look cheap. Box was damaged. Shoes were too big. I ordered a sz 7 and received sz eu 38

Arrived too late! A week after the expected delivery date. Returning is not straight forward... easier to keep the item as it was inexpensive.

The dress was beautiful and I ordered it for my wife for a special event. The dress arrived thankfully three days before the event. It is shipped from overseas so you must be patient with shipment... it took nearly 3 weeks to get it. Again, the dress was beautiful... BUT... the material was completely see-thru in the chest portion. The dress on the website appears to have thicker material because when you view it on the website, it is not see-thru at all but the dress that arrived for my wife was completely see-thru in the chest portion. She tried several different bras and other things to be able to wear the dress but to no avail. She wants to keep the dress so we are working now with a seamstress who is going to fix the issue for us so that she can wear it at future events. We were totally bummed and had to go out to purchase a new dress and new shoes (haha) for the special event but we have hopes that the seamstress will come through for us so that she can wear it in the future.

Pretty clothes, good prices. But very hard to return, they just offer a couple dollars back and tell you to keep the clothes if don't fit

Longer wait than other companies... such as Amazon
