Easy shopping but not worth buying without trying on first
I had a bad experience I will never purchase another item. The items are not true to size. I would like a refund.
The item took a long time to come, over a month. When I emailed I did get fast, polite responses which was very appreciated.
However, when the item arrived, it was extremely creased, had a stale smell of tobacco about the item and the material was very poor quality. The sizing of the item was fine.

My experience online was fine. I saw the outfit on another site and had some trouble finding it on ChicMe. But ordering was good. It took a while to receive but, I assume what's happening in the world is the cause. Touching the material it seems good for the price. I haven't tried it on yet though.
I ordered my package on march 21st and I got it on April 25 the waiting time was insane.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
