Terrible product. Terrible customer resolution process.

I PURCHASED SEVERAL SIZES OF THE ITEMS I PURCHASED BECAUSE I WASNT SURE IF THE SMALLER SIZE WOULD FIT. HOWEVER, UPON GETTING MY ITEMS I TRIED TO RETURN THE OTHER ITEMS AND I WAS TOLD THAT I COULDNT AT FIRST AND THAT I COULD RECEIVE A SMALL CREDIT IF I KEPT THE ITEMS THAT I WANTED TO RETURN. I ALSO WANTED TO EXCHANGE A FEW ITEMS FOR LARGER SIZES AT FIRST I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD THEN I WAS TOLD I HAD TO SEND THE ITEMS BACK MYSELF. THAT JUST DOESNT WORK FOR ME. I SPENT OVER 200DOLLARS AND I HAVE SHOPPED WITH THIS COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS HORRIBLE EXPEREICNE

Easy to order, arrived after a while, bit cheap but then it was cheap, looks fabulous, true to size.

My experience shopping with ChicMe was average. The item I bought looked amazing on picture but once I received it the quality wasn't the best.

I order a large amounts of items for a vacation it took almost 7 weeks to received my shipment. A few items were out of stock so I have to request a return. Wish the items could arrive in less time and that the website is more accurate about inventory.

Purchase was easy. Click and pay. No issues with the site its self, it the product that is poorly made and misrepresented in the description. Its not the same as the photos.

Totally unsatisfied with product after waiting so long to receive it, a total waste of money as the material was not as described in reviews won't be shopping again x

Delay in shipping. Package did not arrive by the expected timeframe provided.

The site was easy to use and many options, sadly the main dress I ordered had an extremely sheer top that is almost see through. I planned to wear it for a wedding, but really need to search for the right bra to wear under it.
