The dress I ordered was far too long. So I requested a refund only to be met with several attempts over several day to put me off the return in the end as it took so long I just agreed and just put the dress that was no good to be in the bin.

It's hit and miss with quality and difficult to return items. The sizes are also hit and miss a large is needed but doesn't always fit and I'm 10/12 but when it's good it's very good. Also takes an age you can't be sure when the items might arrive and have no clue
I ordered 3 shawls for my sisters and I to wear for Thanksgiving. I went on their website to track my package considering the delivery date had passed. It said my package was delivered but I had yet to receive it. I reached out to customer support only to be told it was absolutely nothing they could do at the time. Keep in mind 30+ days has passed which is normal shipping time frame for them. As of my review I still have not gotten my package and at this point no longer want it. It was something we was trying to wear for Thanksgiving! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I've always liked the look of the clothes advertised and decided to try one item. The shirt I ordered is fab, exactly like the ad and I love it. The downside it's taken about 5 weeks to arrive which would put me off ordering again.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
