Didn't like the quality of the products and will not be ordering from Chic again

Ordering was super easy and My dress arrived quickly

I'm upset because I paid for an outfit that was never sent to me.

I like the dress. Pay attention to the size. I love colors

The outfits turned up I would definitely allow 2 weeks for delivery

The shopping experience was good, hopefully the products live up to my expectations because I went according to your size chart measurements. Some of the items ordered did not fit so I had to return but the return process is horrible. They kept haggling with me offering 10%, 20% and finally 30% refund and I could keep item. Why would I want to keep items that don't fit? Finally I was given a return address after I insisted that they just send me the address o I can get full refund. I returned the items but noticed that the amount refunded still was not what I paid but a little less. At this point, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Well Chic Me has beautiful clothing, and the quality is good.My advice to anyone ordering from chic Me is to place your order way ahead of time, because I ordered 5 outfits for my Miami trip and I only received 1 outfit that I could take with me.The rest arrived after I returned from my vacation.The shipping time is very slow so please keep that in mind. The blouse is not true to it's advertise size. I wear a size large in the US. I ordered two blouse, sizes 1XL and the other 2XL, neither of them can fit. Please send me the return information for both blouse. The sizes are misleading. Thanks

Spend $120 and the package showed delivers, but was lost in the mail. I received an email from Chicme to verify delivery, and to send them an email if it wasn't delivered. That's exactly what I did. I didn't get no replacement, but they told me they give me a $12 credit... never ever order from that page again. Seller should be responsible for customers to get their product!

Size sent was too tight. I asked for exchange and the only offer was to give a percentage discount. What good does that do if I still can't wear it?
