The items are not true to size nor do the items sent to you look nothing like the picture, and when attempting to return your items the policy states that you are responsible for paying the return fee, and you will be refunded, however this company tries to negotiate with you by offering a LOW percentage of your refund and allowing you to keep the clothing that do not fit... Please stay away from this scaming company

My package came nearly a month after I ordered it and was "lost at sea" without tracking for weeks! I had 5 items and only 3 (including a anklet & shoes) are worth keeping.
Delivery is not too bad and I love the way they are packed in sealed bags.
