1) Poor Quality, weird fabric used almost like plastic. 2) See through material very thin. 3) Shipping packaging was thin similar to a cheap grocery plastic bag. 4) Size off, either too big or too small.
The checkout process was confusing. I was unable to deselect the "Free gifts", which I did not want or add to my shopping cart. On top of that, a blouse that I had in my cart was grayed out which I did not delete from my shopping cart. Therefore, I am not sure if this item was included during checkout. I recommend improvements.

Dont ask for a refund they negotiate and i was offered 10% first up then multiple emails i mean way too many emails i got 50% refund disgusting. I only got 50% back as it was gonna cost me 21 dollars to send back to USA a person should not have to negotiate for a refund disgusting service disgusting qualitywill never buy from this company again, word of mouth is powerful and i will never recommend this company bad service bad everything

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
