Dont go near this company... I never received my goods and they wont reply to my emails. Its been 3 months and $40 later.
Both dresses I ordered suck, but one is completely jacked up, fits horribly, looks nithing like the picture. In the procwss of trying to return it but noone qill reply to my emails. Very disappointed!
The product on the website looks amazing and in real it is cheap Chinese product that you can buy at Dollarama not worth even one US dollars
It is a scam they shouldn't seek it in Instagram or Facebook I should have read the reviews before and the good reviews are written for sure by these scammers I received after 3 months only 2 out of 4 items!
I know it's a cheap online shop but it was worst than I thought and I receive items completely different then the one that I ordered. Disappointed but probably deserve it.
I bought a pair of sandals that took 8 weeks to arrive. No email sent after the order with tracking information. When the package did arrive the shoes looked absolutely nothing like the sandals in their ad. The package did not come with an insert or the return address or any information about returning it and it did not even have a tracking number! I went to pay Pal to get the information about my order because Their website showed I'd never ordered from them? I wrote them from the website ask g about returning the shoes, 5 back and forth emails of them asking me for the tracking number? I finally emailed them a picture of my PayPal receipt. A day later I receive a form letter telling me they had no record of my order. Then I wrote them back letting them know I would write a bad review and to just give me a mailing address to send them back and they could return my money. The NEXT day they send an address in China that was 5 lines long and it said to give them a month to receive it, oh and that it would cost me $20 to ship it. Then they told me it could be three weeks before they could return my money.
Please note that all positive reviews are by men from south Asia (India/ Pakistan/ Bangaladesh) Fake, paid reviews talking about goods delivery time and customer service!

They use pictures from brands and send you very bad quality takes 60 days to receive and no way to return they do not answer emails once order has been placed and no way to complain they are in china
Just found out about these companies including Chic Boho. There are a ton of them with similar names. They need to be shut down. They are scamming people. FYI buyer beware of these type of companies. They STEAL photos of fashions and deliver pieced together dresses that look nothing like the photo. They are in China. They send the wrong items with a China residential return address then when you finally get a hold of them offer a $25 coupon to keep quiet. You cannot reach them on social media. I'm seeing tons of complaints immediately deleted from their Facebook page. Please share. There are a few of these type companies on Facebook. Really it's a great platform that provides great services to their customers. Now a days few of them don't think what kind of service they should provide to their customers.
I made my order on July 24th over 3 weeks ago for my summer holiday and it has not been received. Very disappointing it said it would be here in 7 days, now I will have to do last minute shopping tomorrow for holiday clothes :(
I am very pleased with my order and the shipping. I was worried about the shipping, but actually, it did arrive in 10 days, that's not too bad. They were packaged neatly, folded nicely and smelled fresh. I was nervous when I opened the package, but I tried them on and they were very pretty. The material is nice, especially with no need to iron. Honestly, I will order again soon. I suggest you give them a chance. The customer service replied promptly with my questions. I am very relieved!

I ordered a blouse for the first time from this sight. It took a little longer than most of my other online sites to deliver but the quality, the cost and the beauty of the garment made up for the wait. I will be ordering more items from Chicboho. I should have ordered a size smaller - the blouse is a little large but I will make it work. You won't be disappointed.

Placed my order July 18th, received notification that it was processed and getting "ready" to be sent July 19th. Have heard nothing else since as of Aug 02, the tracking number that was provided comes back as non existing. Had to contact customer service waiting to hear back. VERY disappointed with this company.
I ordered a white dress for my city hall wedding. The dress is ok, it's good quality and arrived in perfect time (6 days).
I must say once I ordered I thought I may have been victim of some kind of fraud because I didn't received a confirmation mail, but then I checked my spam and found the confirmation mail in there.
Also, when I was thinking it was fraud, I wrote an e-mail and got good response from client support, they were monitoring my order until I got it. You should give it a try.
