The clothes looked very appealing in the photos, but the material was cheap and one dress was such a bright red satin that it looked as if it belonged in a house of ill-repute. And that satin dress was not the material or color I ordered.

That was only the start--it took so long to get the garments and when they were unacceptable and also too small (Asian sizes!) it took me THREE (3) months of emailing back and forth to get them to give me a location to return them--China, not England! The postage was the exact cost of the articles, so I am stuck with them. BEWARE, BEWARE!

I bought 2 hooded lace up back dresses, one in red and the other in brown. I received 2 brown. Obviously knockoffs and nothing like photo. Customer service is a joke. Seller asked for clearer pictures of colour, I'm sure he/she is colour blind. Finally accepted my pictures and offered me $4 I spent £43.98 on the 2 dresses. 'What do you think of that' they said, how generous lol. I asked if they were serious? Still waiting for a reply

Dress looked elegant in photo. Appeared to be made of Halloween costume material in person. Like a really bad knock off. Looked similar to the photo, but even seam lines were different. It was not the dress shown in the photo. No materials tag, no wash instructions tag, no brand tag. Just a teeny tag with the letters XXL, but this was not an XXL. It fit a slender friend who was small to medium. See photo. It was also see through with most of the dress unlined. I paid $42.99. I contacted them for return/refund. They said I was responsible for return to China, and postage would be very expensive, so they offered to refund $7 and I could keep the dress. See photo. The label on the package says it came from California. I contacted my CC company. Wish I knew what law enforcement agency to contact as this is a scam.

Horrible quality and fit - returning is NOT really an option because they want you to return to China - which means you may or may not get your money back at all. I was offered $20.00 to keep my $250.00 order and sell it on my own. When I refused they offered me $80.00 to do the same. Finally they gave me the return address to China. Ridiculous and unfair business practices and customer service options. Not to mention it took a week just to communicate all of the above with them.

I placed an $197 order with Chic boho. When the clothes derived it was like they were made out of weird plastic material. One of the sweaters I ordered smelled like petroleum and mildew. When I try to return the entire order through the same carrier which is DHL they told me it would cost $243 to return my order. Chic boho responded to my multiple emails by offering me $20, they kept on upping the amount they would return to me up to $80. They said they recommended me selling my clothes to someone else. And that it would cost too much to return. This is a horrible company do not buy from them.

Oh my gosh, I am going to get on every website I can find and make sure people know NOT to go to this website and buy anything ever! I purchased four dresses and I am 100% disappointed with each and every one. They are NOT cotton, like was described. They also do not fit or resemble the size they were represented to be. The quality is awful. One was described as a short dress, and it is only a blouse. What looked like embroidery turned out to be some kind of printing, and it looks cheap at best!
Wow, how do you stay in business?! I wasted over $100 and will never be caught dead in any of the four items. AWFUL!

Awful merchant: AVOID! They are Crooks. The items took 3 weeks to deliver. The clothing, accessories and shoes are made as cheaply as possible with flimsy fabrics, wrong sizing for every item, breakable upon one trial wear - lowest quality possible. Their websites say free returns and instead when you request a return they push for you to keep the items and sell them yourself and give you some bonus credit. After 4 emails back and forth stating their own return policies, I received some absurdly long complicated mailing address in China: Zhang Haiming, 4th floor, Building GGuanTang Gong Ye Yuan, GuanTang Village, NanCun Town, PanYu District, *******, Guangzhou, China, Tell *******6242 I had to defend the value of the return as they wanted to decrease it based on the shipping charges they selected as the merchant. I had to spend out of pocket 55$ to ship a small package back. I was told to select 20$ for the value fo the package by chicboho to avoid customs whereas the value was over 155$. It has been 4 months that the package was shipped back and the USPS cannot track it once it leaves the US- the merchant just keeps stating they have not received it on the China side. We have emailed over 20 emails back and forth and they take zero responsibility and offer zero customer service. Have you seen that meme where they joke about the beautiful dress you order from my photo and then it comes and looks completely awful? That was my experience With what I ordered from chicboho.

What was supposed to be a beautiful white dress is an awkward misshapen piece of woven together plastic fabrics with no give, horrible quality and an overall unfitting outfit.

I've had 5 friends with similar but different body shapes try it on and it's awkard on every one. The top part of sleeves are really tight but then the cut is so off it falls off the shoulders. The little tiny in the front stretch is the fabric and makes it look like it's going to rip apart before it actually ties the front shut. Save yourself the money and don't buy anything from this company Their return policy is horrible and they will try to talk you into changing your decision and tell you cannot fit in their policy anymore

I NEVER write reviews, but absolutely had to for this site. My husband purchased 2 items for me for Christmas, 2 sweater like items which were so cute in the pictures. He ordered them way early so by the time I opened them on Christmas day, it was already past their 14 day return policy. The items were the most CHEAPLY MADE garments, NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES, horrible fabric quality. I tried to return them, considering it being Christmas, but they would not honor the return. They are unwearable, simply AWFUL. DO
