HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE COMPANY IS A SCAM! THEY ARE LOCATED IN CHINA, WHICH MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN ITEMS IF ANYTHNG IS WRONG. EVERYTHNG WAS WRONG WITH ALL THE ITEMS ORDERED. THE QUALITY IS SO POOR I WOULD NEVER WEAR ANYTHING FROM THEM. THE PHOTOS ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE ALL FAKE. YOU'LL NEVER RECEIVE WHAT IS ADVERTISED. THE SIZE CHARTS ARE WRONG. WHEN YOU TRY RETURNING THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE SO YOU ARE FORCED TO KEEP THE ITEMS EVEN IF THEY DON'T FIT. DO NOT LET A COMPANY LIKE THIS ONE SCAM ANY MORE PEOPLE AND STAY AWAY! I WISH I WOULD'VE LOOKED/RESEARCHED BEFORE BUYING.

I paid for express shipping for a trip I was taking and the merchandise didn't arrive for 10 days. Totally missed my trip. While they responded to my emails (the only way to contact them) they dragged out the conversation via email (always a 24 hour turnaround, no sooner) my 14 day return window ran out. They refuse to refund my money... to top it off, the merchandise are very low quality. I would never wear this stuff out of the house. PROTECT YOUR WALLET... and maybe your identity? As I came to find out, this company advertises that they are in London... but they are really out of china or singapore. I've found watch dog sites that warn consumers that this is considered a "fake" entity and to be careful before providing your credit card information to them.

I bought a pair of sandals and I receive a piece of plastic- nothing like the picture- a big scam. I will never never, never purchase again from this website. The item was an awful render of the image, a piece of rubber with a strong petroleum smell. The design was grotesque, everything was unlike the image. The company did not refund me, they asked me to shipped my item and pay for my own shipping, in order to receive a 25% store credit and not a full refund.

So my review will probably get removed just like all other negative comments about this company. I ordered a pair of boots when I saw them on line. After ordering them I read the review that were still up before this company deleted them. What I read shocked me. This company is located in China and is pretty much a scam. I did receive my boots, but they look nothing like the picture. They are very poor, and when i say poor I mean TERRIBLE quality. I have had one other experience of being scammed by an online company. I now know to do my research before ever ordering anything online! Buyer beware!

I ordered the cutest boots as you can see from the photo... and the boots that arrived are far from what I ordered! The photo shows a leather stitched boot in olive and brown, but the boots I received are cut felt-like fabric in a bad shade of green, nothing like the photo portrayed!
The low cut boot in the second pair show a distressed leather high ankle flat, but the shoes I received were not high ankle as in the photo and a cheap tan synthetic. I will never order shoes from them again.
I cannot return them because of a very strict return policy, so I would never recommend this company :(: ( :(: (

Chic boho is a complete fraud! Most of the positive' reviews on this site, are by the scammers themselves (which means they didn't even tell the truth when it came to the terms of posting their bogus reviews on this site!... just read and be the judge! I had been going back and forth with them, then with PayPal, then my bank finally just reimbursed my money. The sad part is, they are scamming so many out of their money, and operating under MULTIPLE names on FB and Instagram, so it's difficult to catch them. The actual company name (for now) is Infinite International Limited... Chicboho is just one of the many front/cover/dummy names that they use. I have had conversations with many other customers who have also been scammed, they must be stopped somehow!

I stupidly fell for the advertising on Facebook. I purchased 2 pairs of boots, a t-shirt dress and some jewelry. The photos look good right? I think the products are cheap knock offs. I bought the bandage boots thinking they looked cool. Now that they've arrived they look like cheap and tacky Halloween costume boots. They've come from China, it's going to cost me more to return them and, judging by the amount of unhappy reviews here, i doubt I'd get a refund. Disgusting! The other boots are very cheap looking as well. They are ankle boots. I've cut the 'leather' straps off which has improved the look of them immensely. The t-shirt dress is very poor quality, you can see through both sides when you hold it up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! What you are buying is NOT what you see in the photo. IThat part is a scam.
