We have been using Chewy.com for a couple of years. Our cats are on prescription food which can be pretty expensive to get through our vets office. Not only does Chewy have good prices, but free delivery which makes it so convenient.
However, one of the main reasons I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this company has to do with a recent interaction. One of our cats was on K/D due to his failing kidneys. When we lost him a month ago, I called Chewy to cancel the K/D part of our autoship and as he had just gotten a delivery, I asked Chewy if there was any way we could return the K/D as our little guy had passed. Not only did they give us a full refund (and said to just donate the food to a local rescue which we did) but a couple weeks later, received a bouquet of flowers from Chewy saying they were sorry for our loss--AMAZING! Then, as if that was not enough, a week after receiving the flowers we received a hand-written note from one of their customer service reps again expressing their condolences.
What an AMAZING company! Not only do they offer good prices, great service and convenience, but in my mind exemplify everything a company can do right for their customers. I will be a loyal customer forever!
I've been purchasing various products from Chewy for well over 2 years now. The prices are terrific, shipping is fast, and the customer service is nothing short of exceptional. I've made changes to orders, returned items, and their customer service always exceeds my expectations. I've even received a personal, handwritten Holiday card for the past two years. Always looking for a bargain on dog food, I came across Chewy.com via a google search (advertisement via Google). Previously had purchased dog food many times on Amazon.com which is great but price is not always consistent depending on seller through Amazon. Price went up and so I found Chewy. Same price as the "good" price at Amazon and Chewy's shipping speed is awesome, comparable to Amazon prime and free as long as you spend $49. Most recent order, I mistakenly put in the same order twice (each two bags for four total) and was immediately two separate pending charges in my bank. Called right away, not only very helpful and friendly, the rep. Even said, "we were about to call you about that" and see if that was a mistake. Anyway, immediately canceled one order, money was immediately available again in checking after I thought it may "fall off" in a few days in my account. You can make schedule regular automatic deliveries on your time table and easily change/cancel etc. although I don't personally use. In a nutshell, so far so good! As reliable as any other company at least.

I love Chewy. I get my dog's 50lb bag of dog food delivered directly to my door and I have mine on auto ship so I don't have to worry about ever running out and getting to the site to order more.
I've been a long time customer and my last order was messed up and the customer service I received was unacceptable starting at the bottom and going to the CEO Ryan Cohen. My order was shipped twice and I was trying to get them to reverse the order. Caralina was just RUDE (online chat) and then escalated my problem to Gina who left me a voice mail that she really enjoyed chatting with me. Really? Never spoke to her. Then I talked to a Jimmy (higher level manager) who I requested he send me that tracking info as I was out of town and wanted to have a friend pick up the package. Jimmy agreed to do this and also agreed to follow up later that afternoon on if he was able to get the package stopped. That was last Friday. It is now Wednesday and I'm still waiting for that info and call from Jimmy. He was also suppose to let his supervisor Kelly Derkin know to call me back first thing on Monday morning. When I did not receive a call from Kelly I called her back on Monday afternoon. She told me she thought the problem had been solved so she never called me back. She then ask me how Chewy could keep me as a customer. I requested to speak with Ryan Cohen the CEO. She told me she could see what she could do and call me back. She did call me back and told me that Ryan would personally give me a call at 10:30 a.m. this morning. When my phone rang right at 10:30 I was delighted. However, Ryan chose not to call me but had a man named Scott call me on his behalf. Apparently Ryan does not keep commitment as I rearranged my schedule to be there for his call. Apparently Ryan does not care if I am a customer or not so a few minutes ago, via Scott (the stand in Ryan) I severed my account and would advise you not doing business with this company. Scott made the appropiate excuses for Ryan such as he was visiting warehouses; however he really had no answer when I suggested Ryan probably had a cell phone he could have easily called me from AND he also has access to my email. Ryan, Mr. CEO, does not care about his customers!
I'm so grateful that I found this company. Received a coupon in the mail and thought I would give it a try. Glad I did. Ordering is easy, product selection and pricing is great. Shipping is lightning fast. Website couldn't be any easier to use and with nice features. I have not walked into a Pet Smart or Petco since. Love that I can change my auto ship id I need to without a lot of fuss. Would recommend to my friends.
If like me you hate shopping at those pet superstores this is the place for you. Easier to find what you want and cheaper too with helpful online chat to answer questions. This is just so much better.
Chewy is awesome. Great prices, product selection, and customer service. It's really nice and convenient to have a huge, heavy bag of dog food shipped right to my door. Same price if not better than what I would get from my local store.

Received a shipment of canned dog food that had dented cans due to poor packing and delivery person tossing the box down at my door. One phone call to Chewy.com and a replacement was on the way and delivered within 2 days. Great customer service.
I've been using Chewy.com for quite a few years now and I can not get over the level of service they offer. They should train the rest of the business world on what customer service should entail. They are truly the best.
Apparently FedEx delivered my order to the wrong address but I thought the order was stolen from my front porch. Chewy answered my email requesting a replacement order in under an hour. A week later very early on a Monday morning the box showed up. I suspect it was dropped off by whomever received it in error. I emailed Chewy to let them know and they responded within 30 minutes suggesting that I donate the extra bag of dog food to a local animal shelter. Chewy ROCKS!
I wasn't satisfied with the local pet supplies as far as shampoos and conditioners went, and after doing a little research, I decided to purchase the Earth Bath products from Chewy. Great product, great service, quick and easy.
I love online shopping, but I never thought a large bag of dog food would be on my list. But the price is the same as if I were to drive to petco or petsmart and pick it up myself. Shipping is free at Chewy and they have an auto ship schedule that you can adjust and don't have to worry about anything. It's great.
I began purchasing from chewy.com by chance two years ago; I have continued my relationship with this wonderful online company since that first encounter on purpose. I purchased a special food for my Maltipoo in 2014 after she recovered from an almost fatal bout of pancreatitis. She had been on another medicinal-type dog food I had purchased from chewy only three months prior. When Bailee was released from the hospital, she had to go on a low fat food for her pancreas and liver health. I had two bags of her original food, with one bag being open. I called chewy to ask if I could return the unopened bag. Shockingly, I was advised to donate the food to the SPCA or to a canine charity and chewy credited my account! So, I began ordering the canned food for her condition, and though Bailee passed away in late 2015, I purchase from chewy.com to this day for my remaining Maltese and will continue my relationship with this company with heart as long as I own dogs. I might add, I received a sympathy card after Bailee's death which was personally written (not typed) and signed by one of the reps I had ordered from previously. A stand-up company with heart!
I've probably spent a couple thousand on ths website and my two girls give it eight paws up.
Great selection, great prices, incredibly fast shipping (usually two days) and customer service that will fix anything, or refund your money immediately. I bought some food my little gourmets didn't like, they refunded my money and asked me to donate it to my local shelter.
They make taking care of my two little girls very easy.

Answer: No trouble at all. They have the best customer service/replacement/refund practices I've ever encountered. By all means, contact them again if you're having an issue.
Answer: If you are having trouble returning an item, call Customer Service and ask them to assist you. My understanding for returns is any item can be returned, even if it has been used you may return it within 1 year of original purchase. Their Custom Service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. So, if you work odd hours you don't to wait until Customer Service is available.

Answer: Ever thought of reading the FAQ posted on EVERY SINGLE COMPANIES WEBSITE to answer your own questions? Companies post these FAQ's for a reason. Too bad people are too lazy to read them. Then you scream at the reps you speak to due to your own stupidity levels in NOT READING A COMPANIES POLICIES. FYI it is a CONSUMERS RESPONSIBILITY to read those policies as the company already knows their own policies. FYI shipping from the USA to Canada cost customs fees and taxes which are NOT refundable and if you chose to return an item you will will incur these fees again and YOU are responsible for paying for them not the company you do business with. International shipping also requires proper documentation to get packages through customs. Not every USA company has the man power to deal with this enormous amount of work nor do they wish to deal with the headaches involved with shipping outside of the USA. How so many of you Canadians do not know this information is mind boggling.
