I couldn't be happier with a company. Not only are their prices the best I have found and the service fast, they also had a new food I needed for my pet about 1 1/2 months before any of the local pet stores, Amazon, or chain pet stores.
This was the first time we have ever ordered from Chewy.com but it won't be the last. They have been OVER THE TOP with fantastic, caring emails about pets and the folks that buy for them. I can't even imagine where they found each and everyone of their superb customer service folks.
We call on a Monday in need of a cage by Thursday. The representative that evening assured us we would have it by Thursday and we did. The 89 pound cage, amazing quality, came Thursday by Fed X. They follow up to see that we received it and have been unbelievable. THEY ARE A KEEPER snd their prices are 1/2 o f the stores such as Petco and PetSmart for everything from kennels to Rawhides. LOVE THIS COMPANY to the moon and back.
The last two orders i placed with them took 5 or 6 days to arrive when i was told it would be 2 days. When i complained i was given a 15 percent credit toward my next purchase. I will buy from amazon prime in the future, the prices are the same and two day delivery is guaranteed. Also i was told they only ship fed-x. And that fed -x does not deliver sunday or monday. Amazon prime delivers 7 days a week. Also fed-x delivers in the dark and leaves the package on the ground for the animals to get.

Chewy is the BEST! Biggest selection of pet stuff on the planet. Super fast shipping. Their prices are great. They not only have dog & cat food but they have toys, beds, fish food, and a lot of other stuff you might need for your pet. I live out in the weeds and it is over 100 miles to the nearest pet store that has grain free/premium pet food. I just order from Chewy and it is delivered usually the next day. I don't have to lug the heavy bags, it is delivered to my door. If you spend $50 (easy to do) your shipping is free. They have great customer service. Your emails are answered fast and your questions are answered. The website is easy to navigate and you can find what you are looking for very easily.
My cats are both on prescription diets and Chewy.com has the products they need. The customer service is fantastic. They made getting the prescriptions easy. I have often called to change my auto ship and contents and they have always been nice about it and changed the order immediately. They mention the names of my cats and ask how they are doing. The prices and competitive and their shipping prompt. I wouldn't do business with any other company.

After a bad experience with customer service and shipping, I decided to give chewey another chance... and I LOVE them! Everything about them has been wonderful!
Their customer service is the best ever. We have a house in town and a farm, and they handle the constant changes in shipping with no problem. Recently we had to make an immediate change in prescription dog foods, and they got it to my front porch in 48 hours. The folks on the phone always sound like they really care about my dog. Great company!
I ordered prescription dog food for the first time from chewy.com. Provided all the necessary account information- and my vet information to have them contact my vet to fill that order. I had to chat with a person online after address information was incorrect. They happily fixed it, but two days later my order had not even been shipped (free 1-2 day shipping). After I contacted THEM they contacted the vet after i gave my vet information to them again. The order was finally filled.
So if your ordering prescription food, it will not be 1-2 day free shipping unless you contact them right away even after providing them with the necessary information.
Another happy reviewer here. I usually order off Amazon for pet food as they have most brands I use or want to try and I always look for prime for faster delivery. Unfortunately I sometimes receive damaged packages and dented cans as you never know what company may be shipping your product out. I found Chewy by chance and decided to give them a try and never expected for the cat food I ordered to arrive so quickly. It came very well packaged, no dented cans and I am very please with their service. I just placed another order with them, they have a large variety of pet foods and other pet products at reasonable prices, I highly recommend this company!

Prices are as good as any pet goods/food supplier and because we have lived in Nevada and Northern California, delivery is often within 1-2 days even though we are getting free shipping for having purchased over their set amount. Although I am not a dog-food conoisseur, when we open the food bags, it always smells very fresh. I still can't believe it costs less to order from Chewy and get food delivered to our door than to drive to the store. And they sell so many brands, including some pretty high-end ones.
I love Chewy I order about every 3 months, when I have questions I phone them and the Customer Service is just so friendly and nice. I would sure recommend to my friends, in fact I have.

Answer: If you are having trouble returning an item, call Customer Service and ask them to assist you. My understanding for returns is any item can be returned, even if it has been used you may return it within 1 year of original purchase. Their Custom Service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week. So, if you work odd hours you don't to wait until Customer Service is available.

Answer: Ever thought of reading the FAQ posted on EVERY SINGLE COMPANIES WEBSITE to answer your own questions? Companies post these FAQ's for a reason. Too bad people are too lazy to read them. Then you scream at the reps you speak to due to your own stupidity levels in NOT READING A COMPANIES POLICIES. FYI it is a CONSUMERS RESPONSIBILITY to read those policies as the company already knows their own policies. FYI shipping from the USA to Canada cost customs fees and taxes which are NOT refundable and if you chose to return an item you will will incur these fees again and YOU are responsible for paying for them not the company you do business with. International shipping also requires proper documentation to get packages through customs. Not every USA company has the man power to deal with this enormous amount of work nor do they wish to deal with the headaches involved with shipping outside of the USA. How so many of you Canadians do not know this information is mind boggling.
