Dress is too small and I don't care for the material
Extremely poor quality of the fabric and design doesn't look as the pictures. I bought over $300 had to pay for delivery to arrive home and delivery for the return they don't provide one.
I try to always find out about a company before ordering as I have been burned so many times, and again, it happened! Although the item I ordered seemed nice, the size was ridiculously small for a 3x. It also took a month to arrive which is unusual nowadays.
It would cost me almost the same in postage to return the item so I will be passing it on to a pre-teen female who will fit in it.
The dress was very pretty and perfect for the wedding. The dress was supposed to be an XL, it's more like a size 10. There is no size label on the dress
I purchased three dresses, they didn't fit so I returned them. Never got an address on where to return them, I sent 5 emails asking. Sent them back had to pay the return shipping fee, and put a tracking number on the package. Still no return email saying they got it, it was dumped into a lake -nothing. I get my credit card statement, there it is... They didn't credit my card. Just a trash company. I learned my lesson, ONLY BUY FROM LOCAL, AND IN AMERICA!

I was looking for a dress for a special occasion. Social feed sent lots of suggestions. I did my homework and looked up reviews. Cherie Day looked like a reputable company and was reportedly an American company. Wrong. Comes from China. And guess what, after placing a nice big order, the dress that originally led me to them is now out of stock. What a shock. Bait and switch.
I received a very poor imitation of the photo on the site. Horrible colors poor imitation of details. This is not even wearable in public.
I bought 2 dresses for $83. This included shipping cost. They came, but they were super cheap cheap cheap material, completely see through, and looked different on. Sometime looking different on is to be expected when buying online, but this looked cheap when put on which is different than just not looking good on your body type. I contacted customer service to return. The product had to be returned within 7 days of getting the email (not stated on website), I had to pay an extra cost to ship back. Shipping back was $50, since I only had seven days to return and wanted to make sure they got it. They then refunded me the cost of the items minus shipping. Refund was $73. So I ended up paying $60 for a product I don't have. I would NEVER order from this website again. I will say though, customer service was always very polite and professional. But I feel like the dress quality is a scam. I'm not sure where they are getting all the positive reviews, as in my experience the dresses are not any sort of good quality and are sheer. I did not think to take pictures of the dress on me. I wish I would have.
