I have ordered several dresses from Cherieday but this recent ordered I made it just awful! Extremely low quality! I don't I'll be returning.

I have not received shipment! It's been well over a week since l ordered and paid for this new dress. I need it for a special occasion coming up next week and will probably need it altered. Need it ASAP!

This is my first time buying on line except for Amazon. Hoping for a good result. Great so far. Just received my dresses and I am thrilled. They look exactly like the pictures and are cut generously. The colours are lovely.

Still no delivery of order. I've been notified twice if shipment yet no delivery.

This company tries to scam you out of your return. They negotiate left and right trying to convince you to keep their dress while they give you a store credit or a partial credit as long as you keep the dress. This is extremely frustrating as when looking at dresses, all you want is to return the dress that doesn't fit and that is poor quality. I do not recommend this website, and I have reported them to the fried agency in the United States.

Ordered two dresses. Right around $90 total. Standard for what I assumed the quality would be. One dress is okay. Not $45, but didn't sweat it. I would've paid closer to $15-20 from a Walmart. The other dress was awful! The material, the length, the shape- all wrong and looked nothing like the picture. Reminded me of the wish.com issues we experienced a few years ago. Contacted them for a return and refund one that one dress. They offered me a credit of $12 and told me to just keep the dress. I declined and I offered a compromise of a full store credit for the full price of that dress. They agreed but said I had to pay for the return shipping. I declined and requested we instead just do the return and refund. She replied very rudely pretty much telling me I could return it but I still had to pay for the shipping and made it clear if the dress showed up with any signs of wear, a refund would be denied. Based on the weird scammy feel of the "here's $12 and you can keep it", I have a strong feeling it's going to be delivered and they just say there were signs of wear. So now I'm having to dispute the charge with my bank because this trash bag company won't send a label to return the dress. I would be fine with returning on my own if I just didn't like it. The dress I got is not the dress they advertised. It's not even worth the $12 she tried offering me as a refund. At best, it's worth $1-2 for the material it was thrown together with.
