Easy ordering. Love the look of dresses.True to size. Beautiful for Spring time

I would have liked more product information. Sizes accurate, fits small, etc

The sizing was really hard to determine. I looked in detail at all of my purchases and sizing was very inconsistent. I placed my order anyhow and I'm hoping for the best. Also, concerned about the reviews on returning things. Hopefully everything fits!

Update-sizing seemed true to the charts. I'm keeping two of my four items ordered. Now to start the return process.

Price was great (I should have known better). Fabric and design of dress is different from the one advertised.

First time took a while to place the order & pay. The dress is very long considering I ordered a midi dress.

I was so excited when I placed my order. The shopping was easy but when the dresses arrived; well what a disappointment. Fabric was disappointing and not soft.

When I needed confirmation that a size correction was needed, it took too long to receive a response. When communication was eventually made, the customer service was excellent.

I had to enter my order info 3 times before the order went through.

I keep getting autogenerated emails from this site & I NEVER get a response from a real person.
I HAVE NOT received my order which was placed the first of September. I can't get any additional assistance from Cherieday!

One item was sized incorrectly - I cannot wear it.
The other item same size in different color was sized perfectly.

I have tried about 15 times to place this order. I just wanted to buy my sister a ding dang blouse and have it shipped to her house. What a Fiasco

I found beautiful and elegant dresses, but I disliked the quality of one. I don't like thin dresses especially if they are not then fully lined. However, the other dress I ordered was lined and quite nice, yet, the color was much brighter in real life than on the website. It was more of a deep orangish-red than a a simple dark "red".

I ordered 5 dresses total.2 worked out well. I was given a refund towards an exchange the 1st time but not on my 2nd request.
