I order 4 dresses from Cherie day for a total of over $160 and not one of the dresses was worth the money. CherieDay is Shein quality clothing with 10x the price. Each of the dresses was priced at 35-45 dollars and they were worth about $5 a piece, if that. The quality and texture of the dresses reminded me of Fruit Of the Looms or Hane's underwear. Single layer, cotton, thin, and cheap, and would likely not last more than 1 wash in the washing machine. Do not buy from CherieDay by any means. This business is a scam!

I ordered a dress that looked beautiful in the picture. Shortly after I realized I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed them about canceling the order or changing the size that same day. It was on a Sat. On Monday I received an email reply that the order had already shipped. I asked about their return policy and they emailed me a link to it. When I received the dress a few weeks later it was a very thin, poor quality dress with an incredibly poor quality snap in the front the showed. The material seems very thin, uncomfortable, and reminded me of a kid's Halloween costume. It was not pretty at all. This dress was $45 and $10 to ship. I emailed them asking for a return address, per website instructions. They offered me a $13 refund if I wanted to keep the dress. I replied that I did not want to, and wanted a full refund, knowing I would need to pay shipping. They then responded and offered me a $45 gift card to their sight and no need to return the dress. This is where I'm currently at. I don't think I want to even try another dress from their website, so I will see if they ever do send me an address to return it to for a refund. Waste of time and money.

I have to be honest I am Leary of out of country business' but the dress was just what I had been looking for. I tracked my order and it seemed to stop in California for a few days. The company reached out to make sure I got my order! Best customer service I've ever had!

Great and easy was my shopping experience. The follow through of my dresses to the actual dresses was not appealing.

The dresses arrived greater than 15 business days from order causing frustration in planning family photos. The hard part is there was no updated tracking up even give an idea when it would arrive. It updated the day of arrival.

Cheap material, badly sewn. For the price I thought they would be better. You can find better made decent dresses at Walmart and Amazon for cheaper. I was very excited to receive them because they are the exact style I have been looking for, however, they are very cheaply made and unflattering. Please do not waste your time and money

Although the M generally fit well, it would have to be shortened at the waist because of the nature if the lace's edge. Also, it was worth checking out in person but is not going to work for the wedding.

This is my first time but so far awesome! I am 170lbs SMS 5"6 and it fit perfectly! Material Is light and airy and good quality! Can't wait to wear for Easter!

This place is atrocious!

I ordered my dress, paid $48.54 including shipping. The dress arrives and doesn't fit so I send my email asking for return information. In this email I'm told I have to pay for return shipping (ok fine, it says so on their website). As soon as the item is received I'll get my refund of $38.55. Uh what? I paid $48.54. They then say that I won't be refunded for the shipping I ALREADY PAID FOR! Nowhere on their website does it say that I won't get refunded for shipping I already paid for! False advertisement!

So far they keep going back and forth with me and aren't helping AT ALL! Horrible horrible customer service!

So I received my order today. It took over two weeks to receive, which is frustrating as I paid $10 dollars just for shipping. Unfortunately I can't give the product a high rating, I had some really high hopes, but the material is not good quality nor is it very soft. Its maybe Shein quality for at least double the cost which is not worth it. The product does look like the website which is why my review gets two stars, but the quality is very poor.

I bought the wrong size of a dress and it had a zipper up the back that I cannot use, so they were so wonderful to give me another dress. So easily done with emails that were very prompt. I will definitely buy more from them. Honest and dependable company.

Ordered a pretty dress for a wedding. It came snagged. They've done everything they can to keep my money. They offered for me to get a full refund if I paid the shipping. They offered a discount if I want to keep the dress. Now they've offered a gift card but it won't be active for nine days, and if I use the gift card, it will not include shipping the new product. What? Not a good first start, and last start for a customer. The dress itself was a poor quality and looks like a dime store dress from a China made company. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they're making it very hard to get my money back on a defective product. This is not acceptable as a customer service policy. Especially for a substandard product. I work too hard to spend my money on cheap products and companies that don't stand by them.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered from Cherieday! There dresses look cute online, but when they arrive cheap material! Like crazy thin! Only 1 of 3 dresses fit. My measurements were right on a size small. When one of the dresses arrived it looked like a circus tent! I measured the dress and it was the same measurements as a size LARGE! The customer service tried to tell me it was my fault for ordering the wrong size. We've been messaging back a forth for weeks. They finally sent me a 2nd dress and it's slightly smaller, but still bigger than a medium (2 inches too bigger than it should be)…this is not a small error! Their return policy is extreme! They don't provide return address. They make you pay return shipping. I'm trying to get them to take back both of the enormous dresses and just give me a refund already. I'm not too hopeful! Save yourself some money and time! Such a headache!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's wedding on Oct the dress came I ordered xl as per the size chart, it was to small, I contacted them about returning it. First they offered me $12.00 to keep it! What? I asked again about return instructions. They offered me $40.00 to keep the dress and spend 40 on somthing else, I repeated I want to return for a refund. Return with original labels and pkg they said. There were no labels on the dress except the xl label! I have a sinking feeling I am not getting money back there is no guarantee, this seems very sketchy business practice to me. I have not worn it except for 2 mins to find out it didn't fit. Even took pi turns with measurements of the dress as they requested. Why not just let me return it for a refund.
