Nothing to explain at this time. I had someone call me at work to make sure I got their email. I am not sure what that was about but I have now confirmed I got the email. Now this survey won't let me pass.

You should never...NEVER have list connecting flight only 1 hour apart- especially from a domestic terminal to an international terminal. I booked my flight then discovering I only had an hour in ORD to catch my international flight to Japan after landing in the domestic terminal. I misread the small pring on the time between flights.

There was an error on flight dates and I was charge a cancelation fee I was not happy since i called back the minute I saw the error!
We've reviewed the reservation number that you provided the confirmation number and we do not see that you where charged to cancel this, it actually is not cancelled nor did we see that you phoned us about this reservation.
Answer: I would not use Cheapo under any circumstances. Look at the 698 (!) complaints at the Better Business Bureau website. They hide under the name Fareportal, which is the parent company.
Answer: Don't use them. Book through the airline. I paid to select my seats, then a week before my flight they put me and my companion in the middle seats in different rows!
Answer: Security may not be an issue but they can cheat you by hiding information you should know. I would suggest to not use them and their customer service personnel are also worst I have ever seen.
