Easy to book, easy to find, economical for what I was specifically looking for

My flight was changed multiple times and when I called for confirmation from CheapOAir they diverted me to the airline, which I get. But now that I have my flight confirmed, CheapOAir is sending me an incorrect flight time (I leave at 9:40AM on 9/10, not at noon like noted from CheapOair. If I did not check with Alaska, then I would have shown up late and missed my flight due to CheapOAir providing me false flight information. Once I made my 'claim' with this information, I was sent an email that told me to "select from the bottom selections" which were 1. If I got my flight confirmation 2. If I did not receive it and 3. If I cancelled my travel plan. The only clickable link was "1. If you received your flight information. Thank you" Not happy with the services.

Easy to follow instructions since I don't fly often

Complicated and too much stuff going on! Prefer straight forward with fewer asking for info, surveys, etc.

I cant get an answer how many kilograms of luggage I am allowed for check in. No details on my ticket and I emailed few times but I didnt get an clear answer.
But overall experience it was good Thank you

Picking out seats was impossible and expensive. I didn't really understand how to choose. Thought I had gotten the seats then they went thru it again so I might have double seats

I have been getting my air fare thru cheapoair and so far I have not a bad experience with them.

Everything ended okay, after a hassle with the website.

I have found a good deal online but wanted to make sure so I called their cs line, at first the guy was nice and was taking down my info, he said it will not take long, my 15 min call ended up more than 2hours and a half, the guy said the amount in more than 5000 US $ so he can process 4500 on one card and the balance on a # card, I said okay fine, was ready with my second card, than he said he has to transfer me to someone else. Back and forth my call was 2hrs and a half with no solution, I got fed up especially that I was calling from a long distance, so I called to canceal, they would put me on hold than hang up, they tried everyway not yo canceal my flight, I had explained that I am calling long distance, no one cared, they kept saying hold one 1 min than they would disappear than hang up. Worst experience ever- avoid booking with this company.

Note: finally got hold of one agent after attempting to canceal my ticket 7 times, he did the canceallation and he told me it would take 7 to 15 business days. Will check in 2 weeks to see if my money is fully returned to my account

The service was very nicest d the prices was cheaper and I did t have to wait for my confirmation

Very good. Help with car would be a 5 star but realized the airport in Laramie is very small.
