We bought at the lowest price, but there is a hidden clause that says they get to charge you $100 every time the AIRLINE changes the flight for any reason, something that has happened now twice before our trip, and may yet again! What a cheat! We're paying more in fees to Cheapo than our tickets cost!

In order to change the payment source for my flights I had to cancel the one that needed payment information adjusted and book a different itinerary. WHAT? And waiting for a customer service agent to get on the phone or tap into the online help chat was ANGUISH! I still do not feel confident that my travel arrangements are correct or that I am not going to be charged twice.
