Kindly note that I made a booking on 4th of March 2022 ( Booking reference: *******).
And till this moment after a dozen of ( EMAIL - Online Chat - International phone calls) I cannot reach them to verify my credit card or confirm my trip which is due in a couple of days (8th of March).
And they cannot support me at all.
I have been facing the worst ever customer or booking services.

Easy to handle and a great price.
I only hope I do nor get surprice charges at the airport

Quick and easy made I a fast way to book a flight within minutes

I have booked a ticket with you and the return flight was canceled so I have been told that I will get a refund but I have not gotten it yet. I have called multiple times and spent more than 10 hours on call but customer care hung up calls after putting me on hold for an hour. Overall ok, but three things that were talked about during reservation have not happened:
Provision of a phone number for insurance
Booking of an 11th passenger
Help with purchase of seats.
