Do not believe the positive reviews on their website. Please do a thorough investigation before using Cheapoair.com. They will not honor their insurance. My flight was canceled 3 days in a row due to inclement weather. I spent more than 8 hours trying to either get my money or credit because I unable to take the flight on the dates they were rescheduled for because I had to be at my destination for the exact date that I book my flight. My experience with them was horrible if I wasn't been yelled at, I was getting hung up on, or put whole for more than 30 minutes before call was disconnected. I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
