Have used Cheap O before. Never have I paid a fee to use them. I hate being nickeled and dimed for things like a boarding pass or seat assignment.

Once I figured out that travel could occur between 2 a.m. & 10 a.m. it made more sense. Booked a great flight with good departure & arrival times!

Great to compare! I wish airlines would be more transparent about luggage fees and seat upgrades so comparisons would be easier.

I purchased two tickets last year for New Zealand domestic, me and my dad. Had to cancel the flight due to COVID lockdown. They put my purchase to credit. After a longtime of lockdown my father couldn't travel anymore with me due to health problem, so I rang to ask them if I could use the credit just for myself. They located at USA New York and I had to spend so much to call overseas. They told me to contact the airline, so I called the airline to ask but they said they have no authority to do anything as I didn't purchase the ticket from the airline, I had to go back to ask the agency again. Then they said I have to use it for the same passenger for the same itinerary with same airline. Which means after a long time of lockdown, and postpones, my dad cannot travel with me anymore. And I have to wait to see the tickets expire.

I was not expected to be in such a cheep section and having so much restrictions, its such an experience these days to fly every thing is been nicked and dime. One does not know much about all the things you have to look out for just to fly to a nephew wedding. Not for the gas price I would be driving to Charlotte.

I've been waiting on e-tickets for hours and my flight is leaving soon. Card not charged.
