Cheapoair is worst travel agency i have ever seen in my life. They are so unprofessional & their customer service is ridiculous. I have travel credit with them & I am trying to rebook a ticket with them since a week but they always put me on long hold more than an hour & not even bother to call me back. Please do yourself a favor don't book with them or else you have to regret same like me. They doesn't deserve even a 1 star also.

Check all items charges to your ticket for fees on services you didn't as for ad was not told about. For example, ESA Fee of $19.95. First-line Customer Service agents need to research every detail, and you cannot get to a supervisor. Booking agents are competent with product knowledge, but they refuse to spend time assisting you.

CheapOair is my go-to online Travel Reservations site. I've been using them for years now, and to date I have never had a problem I even had to contact them about. Recent improvements on the site, especially Alternate Travel Dates, have just helped me get booked for a great trip at excellent prices. Thanks CheapO!
I am, however, still waiting to hear whether I got all but one of my Seat Requests (one is confirmed), and it's been a week. (Hence only 4 stars for product delivery). Not having gone on the flights yet, I can't give 5 stars for Satisfaction with products right now (that question is asked too early).

I've been using Cheapoair to book international flights because it is very easy and they have great deals.

It was relatively easy to access your site online. A good array of packages with varied activities and facilities were available to choose. Completing the transaction was quite easy and straightforward. Would suggest however, that a feature to chat online in the event of a query should be available in future.
